I have a question-so how do you link the food log from SP back to bodymedia? I would love to do this, but have no idea how. Thanks!

--Never mind, I found it. :)

If you go back to the specific days you want to synch in SP, you can synch them up, you just have to do each day manually.

I don't know about the food logging, but you bodymedia fit aerobic activity for past sessions can be retroactively synched to SP. The trouble is, if you have already logged fitness points in SP, you will double count the activity

Kind of. Yes on the food log. But as far as activity goes, if you sync BM to SP at 4pm today for the last time, you'll still have to sync it again tomorrow on the previous day to obtain all of your activity.

It is my understanding that:
1) Historical data will not be sync'd from my BodyMedia Activity Log. Data sync commences on the day I link the accounts, and continues from there.

2) Food log entries only sync from SparkPeople to BodyMedia, not the other way around, so I must log food into SparkPeople if I want to see the information in both locations.

Do I have this correct?

Thank you
Steven Wheeler
