If you go back to the specific days you want to synch in SP, you can synch them up, you just have to do each day manually.
I don't know about the food logging, but you bodymedia fit aerobic activity for past sessions can be retroactively synched to SP. The trouble is, if you have already logged fitness points in SP, you will double count the activity

Kind of. Yes on the food log. But as far as activity goes, if you sync BM to SP at 4pm today for the last time, you'll still have to sync it again tomorrow on the previous day to obtain all of your activity.
