I synced yesterday's activity. It adds a little block at the top of your fitness page right under the date to give exercise minutes, calories, and steps. Beside this box is an option to sync that particular day. It adds the information to that block and as an entry to the cardio/strength training box.
However, it may take some getting used to as it all moderate/vigorous activity and not necessarily what you would normally count as exercise (not saying this is good or bad). For example, yesterday, I did Day 1 of the Sparkpeople 28 Day BootCamp DVD. Then I had entered it as 25 minutes and 177 calories burned based on my polar heart rate monitor. My results from my bodymedia exercise log on the phone app was 160 calories, 1629 steps, 22 min moderate, and 0 min vigorous. Reasonably close enough.
When I synced it all today, it synced the whole day activity, which resulted in "BodyMedia Entry" for 163 minutes and 928 minutes. And I cannot even think of what I did yesterday. Sure I did a load of laundry or two, but I didn't think I had gotten that much movement in being a lazy Sunday.
