I have one too! I love it. Just keep in mind you may have to play with it for several weeks to get the numbers to match the scale numbers. And if it's that time of the month or you're muscles are swollen from exercise it doesn't take that into consideration. I found it doesn't really work for me if I'm not counting calories too. If I may suggest Myfitnesspal for that it's AWESOME and it links with BodyMedia Go Wear Fit. It's SUPER easy to log your foods on Myfitnesspal. I like it way better than SP. I have an app on my phone and I can just scan bar codes. Plus it's FREE!! Good luck and let us know how you are doing. I'm not on the team as much as I'd like to be but hopefully soon I can be. I'm on a BL contest here on SP and it's hard to be involved in all the teams I like. Have fun with it and hope those numbers motivate you! I was shocked at how little steps I take so to hit 8000 means I worked out. Normally it's 3400-4500 with no exercise. -Jennifer
I've had mine for a while now. I love it. I had no idea my bmr was so high. Now I can see how much I need to burn each day. The website also gives me suggestions on how to burn more if I am going to fall short of my calorie burn for that day. It's great.

I got a Body Media GoWear Fit this past week, and I'm already super excited to see what I can do with this tool! I NEED visual reminders of what I'm accomplishing each day, and somehow knowing that this tool is measuring me and isn't based on a calorie burn calculator that applies to everyone just makes it that much more motivating!
I'm sure I'll have questions as I go, but I just wanted to say hi for now, and that I'm looking forward to participating in this week's challenge!
Running (and walking) my first half marathon at the end of February! I'm excited to push myself and see what I can do!
