The Bodybugg is giving you the number of calories you are burning each day. It doesn't give you BMR (unless you have a day where you're doing absolutely nothing), but it can give you an idea of what your body burns in an average day and what activities burn the most calories. Hope that helps some, have you had a coaching session yet with someone from Bodybugg? They can help you understand what you're seeing on the website, you should get one free session unless they've changed things.

I keep track of my steps pretty easy, but not sure how to log calorie burn. Is the bodybug giving me BMR numbers as well? any help would be aprreciated.
