Glad i could find something helpful. I was curious, too. I think if I weren't already connected here, the Jillian Michaels plan would be of more interest to me, but SP has so many resources that it's doubtful I'd get much use out of her extras. It's all about figuring out what works for you, though; I hope you find your Bodymedia as much use as mine has been to me!

Thank you Denise! You have been super helpful. emoticon emoticon

I poked around online a little more and decided to go with the Bodymedia plan. I am using spark people so I don't need access to Jillian's community.

I don't know much about the Jillian Michaels plan, I opted to go with the regular Bodymedia plan. Hopefully someone else who has subscribed to the Jillian Michaels plan can speak up on the pros and cons of that version.

Here's what I could find about the differences: Bodymedia's subscription costs $6.95 per month (the first three months are free), and gives you access to how much moderate and vigorous activity time, food logging, sleep and personal bests. Jillian Michaels 360 Weight Loss Navigator is $4 per week and includes all of the basic plan, plus custom cardio and fitness planning, meal planning and challenges from Michaels' community. Guess it all depends on what you think will help you the most.

I just got my Bodymedia device and went to subscribe to the plan. I am not familiar with the Jillian Michaels plan that's offered in addition to the regular Bodymedia plan. Can someone please explain the difference between the two? Thanks!
