i have not had this problem, but have you charged it and the green light comes on when you charge it? if not, you may need to call tech support to find out, i had heard that the batteries could go bad and i'm not sure how to replace the batteries.

I have had my bodybugg for about 2 years now. I just love it but I have noticed she don't chirp no more when I put it on. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
