What many of us have done is created a generic foor on the bodybugg site with a value of 100 calories, then just have one entry there for the whole day with the totals from the food tracker here. If you had 1450 calories in the day, then you would enter 14.5 units of the generic food on the bodybugg site. On one of the older threads here there is a suggested brekdown for carbs, fats, protein on the generic food group, but I'm working from my phone and can't immediately find it. I prefer the food tracker here on SP, but others prefer the one on bodybugg. Most don't track everything both places. Hope that helps some!
