I want to purchase one of these off amazon but I don't know if I need the link version or not for $50 more. I live by my phone so I think I would like that, but at the same time I'm not planning on recording my food on it (just here). I more want to see the reports and keep track of my calories burned. I have hashimotos thyroiditis and I thought maybe it would help me keep on track of my wildly variant metabolism.
Any thoughts? Is the link worth the extra $? Is the smaller size core worth the $20 over the larger regular non-link model?
