I have recently been doing Weight Watchers and drifted a bit from the online realm of Spark. The scale is moving down (Woohoo!), but have decided in this past weekend that I really need this online support. Enough of that...I need help! My biggest downfall is lunch time. I am a music teacher who has to travel between towns and my lunch is usually consumed in the car. Because of that, I need finger foods. Soups and salads aren't an option (I've tried and usually end up wearing most of it!). The other kicker is (as a personal preference) I only eat meat at dinner and avoid cheese (it is a trigger food for me, even in small portions).
I'm growing tired of my 'usual' foods and that is a slippery slope....that could land me at a drive-threw window!
Here is a general idea of what I've been having:
Lots of varieties of fruits and raw veggies (and these I'm don't tire of, as I mix it up pretty well)
Hummus and veggies on sandwich thins
Anything you can think to spice things up? I would greatly appreciate your thoughts!
