Congratulations on your purchases! When I track my workouts, I will wear a heart rate monitor or my BodyBugg so that I can get an accurate burn. If you workout to the DVDs I mentioned, I'd probably say enter it as Cross Training (with the understanding that the burn Spark gives you might not be accurate) but if you're interested in an accurate burn, wait until you get your HRM and enter the values manually

Hey there - kettlebell workouts are amazing!! I love them!! They work your whole body (as long as your form is solid) and you'll get good strength training results with cardio as well.
I am currently doing a "10,000 kettlebell swings challenge" for the month of February. But if you're new to Kettlebells, you should look into a program as it will help you learn all the different moves you can do with a kettlebell and help you perfect your form. Kettleworx is a good one - and I'd recommend starting with between a 5 & 10 pounder depending on your current strength levels.
