I agree - sounds like another interesting way to track progress and look for trends over the course of the month.

Hit my goal weight 9/16/11 and aim to remain there for good!

Great! I will set up a separate thread under the Challenges forum tonight or tomorrow for the month of February; it should be interesting to see how we do over the course of a month as well as on a weekly basis. Thanks, everyone!

One of the team asked about the possibility of setting up a monthly tracking thread as well as the weekly challenge. Since we are coming to the end of January, I thought I'd see who might be interested in this (you're not making a commitment, just giving feedback). The monthly thread would be for tracking calories in/out, deficit and weight loss.It would probably be something like:

February: In / Out / Deficit
Start Weight:
1: 1600 / 2100 / 500
.
.
.
End Weight:

What do you think, would that be useful? Are there other things you'd like to see on the weekly challenge or on the team?
