One of the team asked about the possibility of setting up a monthly tracking thread as well as the weekly challenge. Since we are coming to the end of January, I thought I'd see who might be interested in this (you're not making a commitment, just giving feedback). The monthly thread would be for tracking calories in/out, deficit and weight loss.It would probably be something like:
February: In / Out / Deficit
1: 1600 / 2100 / 500
What do you think, would that be useful? Are there other things you'd like to see on the weekly challenge or on the team?
