Hey there! First of all - if you're thinking about it....DO IT! I *LOVE* my Bugg and can't imagine working out without one! I currently have the V3 with the Digital Display and truly enjoy it!
Pros: easy tracking of activity during the day to see if you're meeting your goals (through the digital display), comfortable - after a few days you forget you're wearing it, its accurate - and proves that I really burn more than I think I do, its a great motivator - if I'm being lazy, just looking at my low burns motivates me to get off my butt and move more, battery/memory last a while - so if I forget to charge or connect its okay, changeable straps (okay this one is pure vanity, but I like matching my Bugg with my workout gear)
Cons: its not waterproof (would be PERFECT if it was), tracking food on the website is a nightmare - I just stopped doing it and used Spark instead, I've heard the new one (the SP) has issues staying synced with mobile phones - I don't know from personal experience, this is just what I've heard
