Personally, trying to log on here and then logging on the myapex site, to me is too much to mess with. I really the way the apex site merges the Food and exercise together with the grafts. So I quit logging my food and exercise here on SP. Since I own my own bugg now, I can just pay for the logging...True I wish Apex would include the logging as Free for as long as you own the bugg? But can't have every thing I guess. But I'm really spoiled using the bugg and you can't use it with the SP logging because one won't work without the other.

I was using my BB to log my food, but I really like SP! It is easier to get on line in different places and the mobile application works great.

I wish it worked the other way around. I love the BMF food tracker, it is hands down the easiest food tracker for me.

I used the BB one for a long time before getting my BMF unit and did not care for it and I think the one here is okay but too much unnecessary clicking for my preference, of course I have not set up a lot of favorites and such either and I am sure that makes a HUGE difference.

Someone mentioned that BMF released their API recently and when I have time I plan on looking into that. I do have to say though that both the BB/BMF units and SparkPeople are my two favorite weight loss and healthy lifestyle tools. I would not want to go without either! =D

One day, one step at a time. We will succeed.

I only track my food here on Spark and like GETFIT2LIVE enter in a basic food entry for the total cals consumed so I can see the deficit.


do not eat the pudding at this time

I too log my food here on SP as I have inputted so much of my food already here. I only use the apex site once a week to download my BB data. I just use my digital display to see what it says I've burned that day and compare it with how many calories I've eaten that day...it all works.

I keep my detailed food log here because I prefer the food tracker over the one at BB, but then I also made a 'generic' food entry for myself on the BB site with a value of 100 calories to use. I enter the total calories consumed over there with the generic entry to see the deficit that I have. It's too much of a pain to enter everything both places, it's just a matter of personal preference on where and how to handle the logging.

I log my food on SparkPeople as I like to see the breakdown of nutrients, fiber, protein etc and since I have all my 'Favorites' and 'Groups' already in place it is super easy.
At the end of my day I use the "Daily Estimate" to input calories on BMF to see where my deficit is for the day. BMF is great for all the other feedback and I don't mind using both sites for a more accurate total profile.

...where attention goes, energy flows...

Hi, I'm just curious... Since I got my BB, I have quit logging my foods and activities on here at Spark people.. I basically use just the forums sections now. But if you got a BB and I'm sure, like me, your certainly have paid for the online over on myApex.com...you got a use it....because its the only place you can upload your BB.. So why spend all your time logging on two different sites?
