Love the idea of a place to check-in and the calories in/calories out is a great challenge (at least for me)! Due to my "lack of balance" several days a week, I'm finding I'm maintaining rather than losing. I'm looking forward to getting back on track after a rough summer!

I just like having somewhere to check in on a daily basis, and I like seeing that others are checking in too. I tend to worry more about my daily deficit and hitting a minimum number of total calories burned on any given day. Tracking steps doesn't matter to me as much as total minutes of activity and my overall exertion for the day.
I started a new week for myself under the monthly thread for each week so far this month. One week at a time is a chunk that is doable, for me.
Hit my goal weight 9/16/11 and aim to remain there for good!

August is barely half over, but September is coming--all too soon it will be fall!
What would you like to see included in the team challenge in September? Does the current format help you, or do you want to track different or additional things? Is it easier to have a single thread for the entire month, or would you rather have separate threads each week?
