I like to once or twice a month look at the leader boards to see how I stack up on the teams I am on. To see how I am in exercise minutes and in points. Do you ever check yourself on leader boards?
Sometimes you can find much needed motivation there. If you find out you are only 40 exercise minutes from being in 3rd place would your exercise a little more to move into position?
Sometimes we find ourselves low in motivation and it is these little things that help push up to work harder!
