On Biggest Loser, close to the end the contestants go back and look at their journey. How out of shape they were, how they looked, how they felt, their energey level etc. That is what your blog is for. You can go back months from now and see how you where only able to do 20 crunches and now you can do 60 or that you walked on the treadmill at 3 MPH and now you are able to run it. It is a great way to remind you of where you were and how far you have come. So don't forget to blog your journey along the way.
