Most weekdays I get up early 5-5:30 and work out for 30-60 minutes. Then I also try to work in 30-60 minutes sometime later in the day. Depending on how much time I have, then I can get in at least 30 mins on any given day and sometimes even the 2 hrs. I'm off for a walk here in just a minute.
I also vary my routine often. I do 30 mins of yoga most weekdays. I jog. I do Zumba, Then I do whatever else comes along. skiing, hiking with my family, hauling logs from fallen trees (did that for 4 hours last weekend. It counts).
I have a very unpredictable schedule. morning are the only time I know I will have time, so I start with that and do what I can elsewhere.
