Most weekdays I get up early 5-5:30 and work out for 30-60 minutes. Then I also try to work in 30-60 minutes sometime later in the day. Depending on how much time I have, then I can get in at least 30 mins on any given day and sometimes even the 2 hrs. I'm off for a walk here in just a minute.
I also vary my routine often. I do 30 mins of yoga most weekdays. I jog. I do Zumba, Then I do whatever else comes along. skiing, hiking with my family, hauling logs from fallen trees (did that for 4 hours last weekend. It counts).
I have a very unpredictable schedule. morning are the only time I know I will have time, so I start with that and do what I can elsewhere.
The team leaders are working on getting their fitness plans together to keep their group challenged and we would like to know how you work out. Do you have a set amount of time you dedicate, do you break it up into smaller segments and try to fit them into your day. Do you go to the gym or work out at home. What type of equipment do you have at home? What do you normally do. We want to format our challenges to push you but we do not want to give challenges that can not fit into your schedules. Most working Moms do not have hours daily to dedicate to themselves.
When in a challenge please do not hestiate ask your leader if you have a question about their challenge or if you want to substitute a challenge as you are physically unable to do something.
