I was thinking of creating a biggest loser style challenge maybe Red team verses Blue Team. You can pick the them you want to be one and then Post your body percentage weight loss per week so we can see If Red Rocks or Blue Rules per week. Maybe also post challenges suck as walk, run, eleiptical a 5K or stair step and post the minutes you outlasted everyone, etc.
Let me know if you are interested. I really want to boost my weight loss and I thought a biggest Loser Challenge might do that.
We could have the Challenge start February 1st that way everyone can register and pick their teams and start a chat with their own team to start up a game plan to up their percentage.
