High impact-wow..well, that's even better! I guess it is mainly for toning, I have only lost 1 pound with her DVDs and diet. Which I think is all because of the diet part of it, but I do feel more toned. Although I would like to see the scale go down! I know what you mean- it is a pain to play the DVD over and over once you already know it by heart. I'm not sure if she has a longer one, I'll keep my eye open! Have a great day!
The fit to strip DVD s actually go under the High Impact catagory...lol I did find that on the web. I put them in under high impact arobics but I have no idea what you actually burn. They are great for toning... my only dis like is that I know the hip hop session by heart and its a pain to play it over and over... does she have just a hip hop dvd that goes for a lengthier time?

I would LOVE to know how many calories you burn with her DVDs. When I entered in low impact areobics (fit to strip) it said I burned 363 calories, in 55 minutes.. I thought that was way too much, but I dont have a clue! Theres got to be a way to find out, somewhere! Goodluck- Have a great day :)
Ok, I'll start doing that instead...I just bought my first Carmen Electra video a few days ago (I have been sick so I have only done it once) I got the Fit to Strip...and I agree...you definately work up a sweat!!! I just ordered In the Bedroom and Lap Dance/Hip Hop.
Just curious as to what you guys enter in the carmen electra videos in your tracker as? I have been just entering it as low impact aerobics? Anyone else have any different ideas that may be more accurate?
I've been scowering the web trying to find this info...I use Fit to Strip with other types of DVD's like Tae Bo, Hip Hop Abs, and I've got the Biggest Loser DVD's coming yet. It's a bit frustrating not to know the calories burned.

Im not really sure. Id like to know though. I only have about 20 pounds to lose but eating healthy is helping with that. As for the dvds, I use them for toning more than losing weight. I have already noticed a significant change in my waist. Very exciting!
