use the whole lemon or lime cut up I think I got the recipe from Indian Khana since am a pinch of this & that person, did not write measurements

That reminds me of a preserved lemon recipe with added spices. Nasreen do you only use the rinds like you do with the preserved lemon or do you use the whole fruit?

put limes with salt in a jar then add mustard & fenugreek powders, slit green chilis & turmeric powder keep the jar in the sun till its ready cant remember which blog I got it from though do sun limes & salt

I made the dill pickle slices. They need to sit for a week but I have some that were extra and they taste pretty good. I plan on doing some more veggies.
