I, as a Leader, got a message from Coach Jen yesterday regarding some new changes regarding your calories vs. fitness.
Here is what she wrote...
We wanted to let you know about some changes that are coming tomorrow to calorie and fitness tracking. A few things to keep in mind:
1. These changes are TOTALLY optional to current members. So if you like the way things work now, you don't have to change anything.
2. Change is never easy, so we ask that you keep an open mind when reading the blog below and deciding whether or not this is something that might interest you.
3. If you have feedback or questions on these changes, please leave them in the blog where our staff will be monitoring comments.
