I cheat and buy frozen bread dough from a bakery.
White or brown bread dough they sell 5 in a package.
Their Specialty bread dough are sold 2 to a package.

Thank you so much. I can't wait to try it. Hubby and I love fresh bread but I hate the square loaves from the bread machine. It will be great to make a months worth at a time then just pop them in the oven as needed. I will have to get the dry active yeast as everything I have is the fast acting. Again thank you.

My sister in law just gave me her old bread maker. I really like the loaves cooked in a bread pan but would like to use the maker for dough. Does anyone here make and freeze bread dough? I was hoping I could just mix it and suck it up in the seal a meal machine. Defrost and bake. I am wondering if I will need to do anything special before freezing? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Kathy

Kathy
