I can mangos and pineapple. A big batch of mangoes is a PAIN to slice--they are so slippery. Last year I canned them in syrup and as chutney--not sure if I'd do it again, tho--really is slower going compared to say the pineapple.
I've seen on pinterest that dried kiwi are like "nature's sour patch kids".
And you could add mango (and maybe kiwi) to fermented chutney with apples, pears, raisins, cinnamon, pineapple, whey. I used to make that one a lot.(I removed names of people who posted these ideas)

I would add them to a Salsa Recipe. I love mango Salsa. But I bet the pineapple would be good too....maybe dry or freeze til tomato season. Kiwi's, I add to salads. Not sure how to can them other than drying.
