I dry my pinapple also. I freeze the mangos and make smoothies from them.

I've never dehydrated kiwi, but pineapple is wonderful dehydrated!! It never lasts long enough to store away any. My kids inhale it.

I can mangos and pineapple. A big batch of mangoes is a PAIN to slice--they are so slippery. Last year I canned them in syrup and as
chutney--not sure if I'd do it again, tho--really is slower going compared to say the pineapple.

I've seen on pinterest that dried kiwi are like "nature's sour patch kids".

And you could add mango (and maybe kiwi) to fermented chutney with apples, pears, raisins, cinnamon, pineapple, whey. I used to make that one a lot.(I removed names of people who posted these ideas)

I would add them to a Salsa Recipe. I love mango Salsa. But I bet the pineapple would be good too....maybe dry or freeze til tomato season.
Kiwi's, I add to salads. Not sure how to can them other than drying.

Sorry I haven't posted my recipe for canned Apple and Kiwifruit Jennifer. I will also have a look in my preserving books for recipes for both for you.

My favorite place for produce has Kiwi and Pineapple and Mangoes on sale this week. I would like to preserve them in some way. I usually just dry the mangoes and use them when I make chutney.

Anyone else got ideas for how best to take advantage of these gorgeous tropical fruits?

I am thankful.
