I've never dehydrated kiwi, but pineapple is wonderful dehydrated!! It never lasts long enough to store away any. My kids inhale it.
I can mangos and pineapple. A big batch of mangoes is a PAIN to slice--they are so slippery. Last year I canned them in syrup and as
chutney--not sure if I'd do it again, tho--really is slower going compared to say the pineapple.
I've seen on pinterest that dried kiwi are like "nature's sour patch kids".
And you could add mango (and maybe kiwi) to fermented chutney with apples, pears, raisins, cinnamon, pineapple, whey. I used to make that one a lot.(I removed names of people who posted these ideas)
