I don't know what Moulinrx is. Look up Victorio Strainer. You can see what it looks like and get an idea of how it works. The juice comes out the side and the peelings come out the front. I used mine yesterday to make Apple sauce.

I bought a victorio strainer #200 in 1985. I used it for 26 years before I had to replace a part last year. The screen went bad on it and I had to replace it. It had been used alot. I can bushels of tomatoes every year. I went on Ebay and bought another complete victorio and one for parts and gave my cousin one that I built out of the extra parts that I had. She loved it. I wet on Ebay and bought another one and gave to a friend. She had never seen one before either. She told me later it was the best present that she had ever got. I say this is the greatest way to do tomatoes, apple sauce and many other things. It takes all the work out. You do not have to core, peel or anything. Just cut the tomatoes or whatever in chunks and place them in the strainer and let it do the work for you. There is a new model you can buy, but I prefer my old model #200. The one I have now will probably last me the rest of my life if it performs like my other one. I canned 11 quarts of tomato juice today using my victorio.

That looks very interesting... Now I have at least one idea for a gift for my mom for Christmas. I bet she would love that. We have always peeled, cored, cooked, and forced the stuff through a strainer before. This looks a lot easier...

I can honestly say I've never seen a gizmo like that before. It looks like a mincer/sausage machine gone mad.

I used to have a mouli that did a similar job but it, along with a shed full of other stuff, burnt up in the bushfires of 2009

I have the food strainer attachment for my kitchen aid mixer, but I haven't used it yet since I'm getting ready to move.
My daughter got a victorio as wedding present, in May. I don't think she's used it yet since she's house hunting now. lol

I am excited about getting unpacked and using it!
