Hi I use the No/Low sugar pectin...
The tip I found to do to make it gel is to cook it a bit longer than the 1 minute at he end.
I usually boil for about 4-5 minutes. Then it sets better.
I, also, removet he seeds, so I need more raspberries than in the recipe.

I found a recipe on-line for raspberry sage - but it is fairly high in sugar.
What are your favourite raspberry jam/jelly recipes?
