Well, I thought the Best First Class would be to go over the basics...
I was writing out what I wanted to show you and then I found some great websites that go step by step on what you need and what to do just to understand what Canning is.
I will be using this research.

I do suggest to buy the Ball Canning and Preserving Book just to be able to follow and understand and put your notes in..
