I'm interested. I haven't canned yet, but I have many supplies. Strawberries are becoming plentiful, so I was considering that . . . but I'm definitely open on this.

There is a lot to learn from all the different way of preserving food. It would be nice to know what mistakes and successes everyone makes. emoticon emoticon

what about canning fruit? At one of our local grocery stores they sometimes have a huge basket of fruit on sale for an amazing price, but this is my 2nd year of canning and I haven't tried canning fruit. makes me nervous......

Hi Since we have some new to preserving members that are exited to learn, (and we all would enjoy learning something new)....
Would you like a weekly class type discussion? Pick a topic and let's discuss it.
We could start on each Sunday and learn thru the week?
Do let me know this week and we can start next Sunday July 8th
.
