Pepper Mustard is so Yummy !!!!
You can use it on bergers or hot dogs, but I, also, like it on pork tenderloin and BBQ...
Pork Tenderloin = roll the loin in the pepper mustard and then in Panko bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. or til juice runs clear.
BBQ = Grill Brisket. At the last 20 min point, start basting the brisket with the mustard every 5 mins til done. The pepper mustard will carmelize...OK I'm Drooling Now !!!!
It's just Yellow Mustard, Sugar, Vinegar and ground up Peppers.
You can make it Sweet or as hot as you would like it. Just use the type of peppers you want.
