I like gaining the hour in fall, but I am not happy about giving it back in spring!

If you live in The States and if Daylight Savings Time applies to your location, set clocks forward one hour before you go to bed tonight. At 2am Sunday while we're asleep, the time will change to 3am.
Which way do you move the clock? A way to remember is a play on words; you "Spring Forward" in the Spring, moving the hands ahead one hour, and losing one hour of sleep.
In the Fall you "Fall Back"; so Spring Forward & Fall Back is how you remember which way to move the hands on your clocks.
Remember to change your clocks, toothbrushes and batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
Go to bed an hour early if you can. So we won't be late tomorrow, LOL.
