I usually start my pepper plants in Feb. Then the tomatoes a little later. It depends on the weather how early we can get the garden tilled and planted. Do you raise your cabbage plants in the house or greenhouse? Mine always get too tall and spindly if I raise them in the house. Maybe I am missing a trick to the trade!! I usually start them and put them on the porch.
It was beautiful in West Virginia today!! But---we have to payback starting tomorrow. We are supposed to get the rain, sleet, and snow, also. With significant accumulation. What ever that means!!! I know what it means all too well!! I guess it is winter, but I still enjoy the sunshine and warm temps!
Have a good weekend, glenna

We're expecting rain, sleet, snow, and of course gloom of night here in Wisconsin. Good weekend to get out the Christmas decorations and freeze some of the huge bag of squash we bought at the farmers market.
