Fried Green tomatoes are my favorite...But I have 2 huge ttables in my livingroom full of green tomatoes. I'm letting them ripen and then putting them in a ziplock bag to freeze. I use them in soups, stews, chilli etc in the winter. I just run them under water and the skins fall off. Then drop them in whatever I'm making...They are like frozen Q Balls....And Great to have in a pinch...

My mother in law used to use ground green tomatoes in her pepper relish. Look for green tomato relish and you'll find several recipes online.

We love to fry our green tomatoes by slicing, running through beaten egg, then crushed crackers. Planning some for dinner tonight with our chicken breasts.

Ok, friends, my tiny garden is ebbing out, and I have a small amount of green tomatoes. We may try to ripen them inside, but I need some hints on using the green tomatoes.
