I have a good recipe from a SparkFriend for the kind of relish that tastes like bread & butter pickles, thanks.
Now I'm looking for a sweet pickle (cucumber) relish recipe that tastes like store-bought, traditional, plain sweet pickle relish you buy in the grocery store.
I'm a first-time canner so would appreciate a simple recipe that someone's actually used themselves personally.
Also I plan to divide the batch, make half with organic sugar and half with stevia. Any tips, hints, or recipes from anyone?
I'd rather start with one that I KNOW will work rather than one off the internet. I know to use the little cukes not the salad cukes.
I have the Ball Blue book but by "tips" I mean, does anyone have a simple recipe or recipe & tips for first time canner.
Also any tips for buying a grinder? If you were a first-time canner what kind of grinder would you buy?
