I just found a wonderful site for all you NNs - nutrition nerds - I just googled nutrition info for trout since I was surprised to find it on SP's good fish list with halibut missing. I was trying to remember what the negative was about trout - now I still don't know but think it may have been the fat.
Anyway, found this marvelous site, it give ratings for inflamation index, glycemic index, fullness index, all the minerals etc., amino acid panel, just absolutely wonderful.
