I have to vent about how Nintendo has not been able to keep up with the demand of their customers. It is ridiculos how after almost a year of its console being out that they are still have problems producing enough for the public. Makes my job at the video game store much more difficult. LOL.

I'd like to vent about something I experienced at Sea World..

I know it's a kid friendly environment and understand that most kids are incredibly excited to be there. However, I don't like your kid touching me. Bumping into me on accident is no problem, but repeatedly rubbing snot covered hands on me makes me sick and the fact that you, the parent, think it's cute makes me question your sanity. And tomrorow we're going to Epcot..is it wrong to bring a germ spray?? lol

I want to vent about how much good games will be coming out this holiday season and not enough money to buy any of them. LOL. Sumer Mario Galazy, Assisn Creed, Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, just to name a few.

Could she post "No Trespassing" signs and then when they do call the cops? That would be cheaper than building a fence.

I was raised to respect other people's property because they work hard for what they have and it's not my right to mess it up.

I am not sure Amanda. I think it goes back to what I talked about people not respecting other peoples property. I have this lay down the way from me has a nice lush lawn and every day kids are found running on it and tearing it up play football on it. Just because its the house on the corner and it has that long stretch of grass to play. She should not have to deal with that just because she bought a corner house. She has already talked to the parents and they have not done anything about it. So we will see how far that will go.

Why do people think that the beds of pick up trucks are their own personal trash cans? In the past month we've found beer bottles (one last night), food, and the best..vomit..in the bed of our truck. I know that people think they're being sooooo funny by doing it but seriously..grow the hell up.

Parents that do not walk with their kids when trick or treating. What is the deal there? Is the parent so lazy that they can not walk door to door with their kids. I saw like 10 cars of parents just driving around with their kids running door to door. If you looked at these people you would think they would get out and walk. By the looks of them I am sure the needed the work out. Grrrr. And what is it with trick or treaters that do not even wear a costume but ask for candy. I feel like its like giving money to a homeless person for just standing there.

People that throw trash out of their car window. That makes me so mad sometimes seeing people throw out bags of fast food out on the curb and drop it everyone. When Huricane Rita was approaching Houston and everyone was fleeing it took almost 2 months to pick up all the trash everyone through out of their car windows waiting in traffic. That is horrible. Also do not like that I find food wrappers and empty beer cans on my lawn wehn I get home from work. That is horrible do people not respect other peoples property anymore. Geez.

It had already been a year and a half because we just called the other day about it and thats what the other company told us it would cost. We pay 400 something every six months and that other company was gonna charge 984 every six months. We asked why and they said because of the accident. But were on the 2 month of our renewed policy. I just dont want to get stuck with alstate if we do get in accident where my hubby is driving.

Kim you might want to ask Gieco for a quote. When I changed my parents insurance they had a recent accident and they were still able to lower the premiums. They also take into account that you were not at fault of the accident and take that into consideration when giving you a quote. They are very good company to go with. Allstate tries to scare you with saying well your rates wont be lower else where but trust me they are wrong. So as soon as your six month policy is over ..Switch.

About the Jarod thing. My friend went on that diet and lost 40 pounds but I always wanted to try that but it would cost me 60 bucks a week! Thats 240 a month! But i was talking to my dad and he said something about Jarod having a twin bother that was heavy. So i have no idea with whats going on with that but, When i caculate my meals they always come out to be only 900 a day with 2 snacks, and all my meals. So then i eat more to make up for the 300 more cals i need and i over do it. So i dont know how much that Jarod diet would work for me. I would be so afraid of gaining my weight back real quick after that.

About the car insurance, my hubby got into a car accident and he was just in the passanger seat of someone elses car and the lady that caused the accident didnt have insurance so my hubbys medical bills had to be paid from our car insurance plus florida has the stupid no fault thing but anyways we have alstate and we had to sew them inorder for them to pay his medical bills. So we decided that we were gonna switch insurances to one that gives us a discount because of his work. We figured out that Alstate has us trapped with them because if we move to any other company it will cost us 500 dollars more every 6 months. Because of the accident that wasnt even our his fault that he just happened to be in the wrong car at the wrong time. But on a good note i love Geico's caveman thing. I get such a kick out of them!

I have another vent thing to talk about. That Jarod guy from Subways. I looked at his story about how he lost his weight by eating at subway. Did you know that he skipped breakfast and replaced with coffee only. Then subway for lunch with no mayo, cheese, or mustard from the healthy sandwiches and then a veggie sub for dinner. That is drastic dont you think. Your eating about 20 calories for cofee. 400 calories for lunch and a veggie sub for dinner. Not even a 1000 calories. That is really taking it to the extreme. I do not like people that do unhealthy things to loose weight. That is very dangerous and if you noticed now that hes back to he says eating 2800 calories. Ive notice his chin starting to make a comeback in his recent commercials and I beleive from what the spark tools say about causing your body to go into starvation mood and thats what he did and I would not be surprised if he start to gain a lot back if he doesnt do a week or every now and then of 1000 calorie weeks. Dont get me wrong its great he started working out but that was not the way to show people how to loose weight.

You know what really makes me mad. Car insurance. Yes car insurance. My parents policy was about to renew and they pay alot for insurance since they have my whole family on it practically and 7 cars. Well the company we have been with raised their rates again and were going to charge them almost 1000 dollars a month to continue coverage. I looked else where for them and got it down to 600 dollars to insure 6 people 6 cars 3 of which are full covered and rest liability. I saved them 2700 dollars by switching to Geico. When I called the insurance company to tell them we were no longer going to be with them they asked me to give them a chace to match them. If you ask me. They should have done this in the frist place. Grrrrr.....

No problem. Just making sure we all get the free stuff we deserve since gaming could get expensive. Any little thing that is free is good enough for me.

Actually that would be a great challenge. Just would need to define the terms and outline the outcome we want. Amazing race could be number of miles walked per week or soemthing along that line. I am all for you guys coming up with the terms and I will present them in a challenge forum and team email. I hope all of you guys with Wii's order their free Wii Remote Jackets.

Hey, speaking of the Amazing Race, maybe that can be an idea for a challenge. Not sure if it fits into the gaming team, but who knows?

Yeah I think you should. I know I will be the last person to join it though. Since I am through with watching them. That is another thing I want to vent about. Why is there so many Reality Tv shows now. I liked it back in the day with it was just COPs. Have the companies run out of ideas for decent television shows.

I watched the same show last night. First show I've seen this season. Yeah, the guy they voted off lost so much weight his time there. He was a really cool guy too. The only difference between this and big brother is the guy suffered no penalty. I think they should have done something for him doing that on purpose. That was really messed up!

Speaking of Big Brother, did you watch this last season with Evil & his daughter? What a great season it was! I'm also watching Survivor. The last couple seasons have been some of the best. It is going kind of slow right now; hopefully it will pick up the pace.

When does Amazing Race start? Okay, I guess this means I should go find a reality tv group to join on sparkpeople! lol

I think I have another thing to vent about. Okay I wanted to see the biggest looser last night and I was trying to see how good it is. Well last night I watched a guy gain 17 pounds in one week. Now thinking that okay this fool is going to go home for not being the biggest looser. Now they voted off another guy that did loose weight. What the heck. I though the whole point of the show was to loose weight. That guy that gained 17 pounds was not helping his team. So is biggest looser just another Big brother type show where they want to elimate threats early in the game to win. That is just wrong. The whole point of the show should be to loose weight. That is my venting.

You know...might as well talk about weight loss while we are at it. You can almost make the comparison about being overdrafted and not able to catch up with our calories. Once you eat more than your supposed to, you have to work harder to make up the difference.

Yes...nearly impossible to dig out. And yet that brings up another problem...credit cards and "pay day" loan places. Same thing. Ah heck, why not through in insurance companies in there? Because my med insurance doesn't pay anything, we put stuff on credit cards. Why? Because the bank account is overdrafted. And the cycle goes on and on and on.

I know what you mean by the checks. Those are the hardest to track because they don't always get cashed right away. I think there is a conspiracy for everyone to cash their checks the day before pay day. Just to make sure it bounces nice and hard.

Whew...I feel better now. Thanks for letting us vent.

Today it is still banks and wives that do not tell you they write check on your account. I had told my wife not to write any checks on my account. What does she do she writes on and now I have to pay an overdraft fee to cover it. Gees. Once your in the hole the bank does not make it easy to dig out.

Yeah that really seems nice to have those banks. You are right about not having that money available to pay up front. I had to borrow from my parents because I did not want it dipping into the mortgage note for the month. I rather pay my parents back interest free than loose my house.

Dude, that totally sucks. If you are like me, that $200 isn't something that you just happen to have on hand. Yes, banks seem to be really evil. I just closed an account at a bank that was charging me every month just to keep my money. Yes, they had my money and were dipping into it.

There was a bank when I lived in the Seattle area that had some good policies. They would pay you $5 if you waited in line for more than 5 minute. They would pay you another $5 if their ATM was broken, etc.

I really have something to vent about today. Banks! They are like the biggest crooks in the world. I made a mistake in account transfers and now I have to pay them 200 dollars. I do know about you but that is a rip off. Okay I went overdraft one day and the bank paid everything on my account. Well instead charging me the overdraft fee on the big item the do it on the smaller ones. So I had enought to cover the 3 smaller charges but the bank says they pay the big item first and then charge the smaller ones. The way the bank fes are structured is so unfair. I get charged 33 dollars for 5 dollar charges. Oh well what can you do. I made the mistake of not having my overdraft account funded. I am out 200 because when the charged the 96 dollars for the 3 things I had 3 more come in. Grrr!!!

That is a good idea. I remember in Elementary school when the PE teachers would plot our milelage on a map. Just made us try harder to see the needle move. I think we ended up in a class of about 60 having enough miles to go from Houston to Chicago. Pretty impressive.

Hey lil...if you get bored walking, try turning into something fun. There is that website fatmanwalking.com where a guy walked from one end of the U.S. to the other. This might not work in real life due to jobs, etc., but how about a virtual walk? Keep track of how far you go and plot it on a map. Every day you can walk towards a destination. Start at your house, decide where you want to go, and go!

Oh yeah, the wii is a good idea too. Have fun, mix it up, etc.

Do not worry about it RGEE75. We all have our moments. I think I may have had one this past weekend too. Just have to put my food and the log and find out.

Just got back from camping. We had a great time, but I busted the diet yesterday. It was Soup/Stew potluck night at the camp ground. I love trying new food, so I had to sample everyone's. I took small portions but they all added up. The sucky part is that most of them were not to my liking.

Also, I sampled the alcoholic dreamsicle punch a couple times. It was a cold night and I was camping. Oh well. Today will probably come in just slightly over but I'll be back to good behavior tomorrow.

Yeah it does help to change it up. The wii might be a perfect change of pace to get you jump started.

I totally hate the trade in values too! I almost rather just not trade them in at all!!! One time they told us we would owe them money- how does that work?!

yeah i could vent for hours so i will just stick to the weight lose and video games topics. ive been struggling for the last month or so. recently there is alot things happening in my life right now and until i can finaly settle everything down i think im going to continue to struggle. i mean im not giving up and im trying but its just walking is getting really boring. i used to think of walking as a reward. because when i walked i felt good doing it because i knew it was helping me and just looking at the scale every wensday and seeing the pounds fly off just got me excited. i lost that spark i used to have for walking and im paying for it everyweek. im thinking about getting a wii to maybe get my mojo back in action. hopefully it helps get me motivated and moving.

I've been to your page. You aren't like that.

I'm talking about the the ultra skinny highschool/college girl who goes on and on about how fat she is and when you look at her line, she weighs 105lbs and wants to weigh 95lbs.

So now I kind of feel bad because I am one of those people that really only has 10 pounds to lose. But I really only use spark (and ever started using spark) to learn about healthy eating and track my fitness. I work out a lot because I use it as a stress reducer.

LOL. Yeah I know what you mean. Watching someone get killed over and over again in the same spot is not fun to watch. Good thing no one really watches me play else they would be like you and get annoyed by it.

Okay heres mine... I am not really the gamer in the house my boyfriend is. I really like watching him play and there are some games I play too... What annoys me is when he gets stuck in the same place and I have to keep watching him over and over! LOL.

Well to be honest with you I think I have that same pet peeve. I have seen alot of people on SP that has this scale ticker at the bottom of their page and it only goes down 5 lbs to their goal weight. 5 lbs!

My pet peeve are the people on SP who think they are fat and only have to lose 5-10lbs. Not, the people who were overweight and who are close to their goal, just the people who are skinny and don't accept it.

Oh I have 2!

1) I've been stuck at the same surgery on Trauma Center for over a week now. I almost beat it last night and then my husband starts distracting me. He almost had a Wii remote shoved where the sun doesn't shine.

2) My 5'2 100 pound coworker constantly talks about how fat she is. She wears a size 4! She said she has to eat peas for lunch tomorrow because her boyfriend is coming town on Saturday. What the heck? How does that even begin to make sense?

Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone had anything they need to vent out. Like frustrations with your weight loss goals, relationship, kids, family, a video game level you can not beat. Anything at all.
