I used to watch Biggest Loser during the summer when I was living at school alone with nothing to do, and I liked it for a while. But then their really bad fitness advice got really sickening. And when someone started getting really upset because they "only lost 3 pounds" one week, I stopped watching entirely. That's not a good idea at all.

Plus they don't factor percent bodyfat at all into their equation and pretty much all they do is cardio. Their way of losing weight is bad for anyone who isn't surrounded by a team of people forcing them to exercise for 7 hours a day every day.

I mean, tv is about entertainment, not presenting accurate information to the populous, and I understand that, but I really can't bring myself to enjoy the show when I'm just yelling at the television screen.

I've watched Biggest Losser but I have to admit, I've seen other weight loss shows I like better (Taking It Off comes to mind). They seem both more realistic and less manipulative.

Nope sorry I can not say that I watched it. Mainly because I do not like the idea of making it look like big brother for weight loss. I watched one episode and was appauled that the guy that gained the 15 pounds in one week did not get voted off. I though the object was to lose weight. Maybe that is why I like the way we are running it here.

I think the only time I watched that show they had celeberties against each other. I guess it was celeberity Biggest losers. Yeah I have to agree with you on the fact they tempt them with food. That is not cool at all and just for that I might not watch it again this year. It is great that they are doing something to loose weight but we do not have to watch someone else do it for us to do it ourselves. Just my opinion.

I watched a couple of episodes of BL when it first came out and wasn't impressed. It seemed kind of mean that they would tempt them with food.

Sorry I can not say that I am a biggest loser fan. I have stop watching reality shows for a while now since that is that is what usually aired on tv now a days. I tend to just stick to regular tv shows so although I have watched some of that show. I get bored easily with watching other people trying to win a contest.

I'm a fan of the reality show Biggest loser and i wondered if anyone else was. I dont tend to like reality show but the ones where people lose weight i am addicited to. Such as biggest loser and CMT's I want to look like a high school cheerleader again.
