Well I have to say. in a 30 day training I have missed 5 days, when I got back on it asked me if i wanted to start over....ah hell no! I started 30 days and regardless I am going to finish it!...
I have not got on a scale, nor have I taken measurements. I feel like it is working but I don't want to side track myself by not seeing results. All I know is my stomach is a bit flatter, and I feel some muscle....I think after the 30 days I will just begin the next program.....cardio....
