I want to lose 100

I started this a few years at 336. I lost 100 lbs and then gained about 40 of it back due to school and not having time to exercise (full time school and full time job = virtually 0 exercise time). I have recommitted and plan to get down to the 160-170 weight range. When I weighed in yesterday for my WW I was at 259.2 (I weigh in for our BLC on Friday when I remember). So that means I have roughly 90-100 lbs to lose to get where I would like to be. Truthfully, if I am in the 175-185 range, I'll be happy. When I graduated from high school I was 180 (34 years ago).

I need to lose about 45 pounds. I had lost 10 of it, but gained back over Christmas (family stress and fried food, kills me every time).
My short term goal is to lose 20 pounds - that would put me below 150.

My immediate goal is to get under 300 pounds. So that means I need to drop about 95. Once I do that I will look towards my next goal of getting down to 250.

I'd like to get under 200lbs, which is only about 40 lbs. Not a whole person but a young child at least. My short term goal is to eat less calories than a burn, and to get away from the crappy habits I'm in. I need these to become lifestyle habits because I keep going lax once I hit my goal and start to gain again. Is it weird that I don't mind if I hit a plateau? I think as long as I'm being healthy and not losing I'd be okay just cause I'm eating healthier.

I would like to eventually lose around 65, but I have a couple shorter term goals. My first short term goal is to lose 11lbs to get back under 200, I was there last year but let some of the weight creep back over the year. I'd also like to lose 35lbs to get back to my highschool weight :)

I know this can be daunting to admit but how much weight do you have to lose....I need overall to lose about 150 lbs wow a whole person....but short term I'm shooting for 50lbs
