I enter the calories burnt through the custom setting, and log the time as the actual time I know I undertook cardio workouts..... if I am playing wii tennis I dont log it, I figure I will use that as accidental lol

I have the Wii Fit Plus, too. I'll have to figure out how to get to the reports and check them out. Thanks!

I go to My Fitness Tracker, then click Add Cardio under the cardio section. Then click "Manually enter calories" on the screen. I call mine Wii Fit. Then I put down how many minutes I worked out and how many calories I burned; I don't distinguish between exercises. So I just use the total that the game has given me for everything.

I'm more familiar with Wii Fit Plus, so maybe they don't give calories burned on the Wii Fit? I really don't remember. Some of them are actually in the Spark tracker though, so you could search for them. Otherwise, maybe estimate what you're doing by using a similar activity. (Balance activities might be similar to yoga, for instance.)

Is that the calories that it gives you after each exercise or in the log? I don't remember how to get there. :/

I have multiple sclerosis so working on my balance is very important so I spent 15 minutes doing balance exercises, 10 minutes doing free step and 7 minutes doing random other exercises.

Right now I just logged it all as free step. How do you guys enter your cardio for the Wii?
