I've heard a good chunk of folks are selling their PS3's for 360s. I guess the need to play CoD is pretty high. I also heard that sales increased globally for the PS3, which is someething else. the PSN went out April 20, so I'm sure we'll see an impact on May's sales...for sure.

As for the Wii, that is something else, even with the two price drops. It is now $150 and sitting on the shelves. I think Nintendo wanted to keep secret the Wii 2, but when that got out, a lot of folks are waiting. Even game developers. Some developers have even said they are pushing the games back a bit in production, not only because the PSN has been down, but they also want to release for the Wii 2.

Microsoft wins April 2011 Console wars. I think with PSN in the headlines with their problems and Wii with declining sales it is not to hard to believe that this was what was going to happen.
