I stuck to one plate with small portions, but...still went over on calories. How do they fit that many calories into ever square inch of those recipes?? lol Thank goodness I don't cook like that at home.

LOL I did okay. Had a turkey sandwich for lunch. Had some soup for dinner and then got a call to go to a friends. She expected me to eat with her so I had LITTLE bit even though I wasn't really hungry. My downfall...yesterday, or more specifically, last night. Over did it on pizza.

I did great. I exercised every day that was on my schedule this week, including Thanksgiving. I actually only had one plate, and I made sure there were lots of veggies! It helped that it was at someone else's house. No leftovers to take home and devour over the next few days.
My current problem? Decorating for Christmas today. As the house began to look more and more like a festive wonderland, I started to crave cookies and cocoa... wintry comfort Christmas sweets.
Looking like it's going to be a looooong December.
