I too know that tracking/logging food is a big key to weight loss. I've recently had my oldest DD start a food journal, but for other reasons than weight loss. She's got thyroid disease. and her fluxes are just horrid. so i'm trying to find triggers, keys, ANYTHING to help her manage it better. SO there are oodles of benefits to journaling/tracking what you eat :)

That's a good article. Thanks for reminding us of it. I am a big believer in the power of tracking our food and fitness. The tracking really does make me more accountable and helps me make better decisions on how much to eat especially.
