My downfall was the pumpkin pie. I would have a slice of it and a glass of Non-fat milk for breakfast. Some of it still spoiled before I finished it. Everything else, I ate small portions of.
It's not the paths you choose, it's what you do with those chosen paths.

I don't know if I "overindulged" in just one thing...if anything it was just too much overall, but I did watch to not get too much of one thing.
My favorites (and most sought after) this year was the pumpkin pie and the cranberry sauce--especially the homemade (not a can) style! Funny thing is, a few years ago I hated the stuff. Ate the jelly can stuff as a kid, grew out of it and now loving the "chunky" berry and preferably homemade cranberry sauce. It was a good, fun time!

Stuffing!!!!! I ate 90% of it, and I made a double batch of it. I didn't eat most of the foods we served since I don't like most of it, but I LOVE stuffing!!!!
Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.
LOL umm all of them! But especially this crab dip I made, a raspberry and chocolate pie, and the plethora of casseroles!
What foods did you overindulge in over the Thanksgiving holiday....
