Once a week along with the measurements. Usually in the afternoon. I was getting bummed to much when I was weighing daily.
It's not the paths you choose, it's what you do with those chosen paths.
At 125 take a look at what I want to do next.

I step on the scale daily, but only record the weight once a week. One reason I weigh daily is that the Wii Fit does that for you daily... it's sort of nice to see the change, well when it goes down that is.

yep, me too. I usually don't let it bother me...but lately I'm just not doing much towards my goals and it is getting discouraging. (I'm just not finding the time....or making the time, rather.)

Yes, it's an important daily ritual for me. I have to do it first thing in the morning.
It helps me see how things are going througout the week and make adjustments as need (ie more exercise, changing meals, better tracking, etc).

When I play with Wii Fit i do the body test each time. So Yeah I do if I workout with it each day. HOwever I do know not to worry about weight gains or losses per day. Because I know some people find that very discouraging to see it go the wrong way daily its not something that you should take as really being your true weight. Weekly or average of the dailys is a good way to know your progress.
