I usually do the 20 or 30 minute free run. I do about 15 minutes of strength and 15 minutes of yoga.

I dont have a routine. I guess I need to get that gonig again. But when I was I would do 20+ aerobics with 25+ yoga, strenth and balance.

Since we've barely started, warm up with Yoga, then Strength training (eventually I'll get back to the Bowflex in the garage for this part), then Aerobics and finally cool down with balance. We are all (Son, hubby and myself) are still having fun checking out the new stuff.
It's not the paths you choose, it's what you do with those chosen paths.

I usually do the Rhythm Boxing, and probably the stepping. And I really like the soccer heading, although it's not in the aerobics section. I really don't have a set routine, though.

Wow that's a lot!
I usually do the Advanced Step routine, followed by the island lap of the running. Then I either do 6 or 10 min session of boxing and some hulahooping, or free step. I really don't use the Wii for strength training because I use a home gym instead. Sometimes I do the balance games as a sort of cool down. In general I get about 35 minutes of cardio in and using a heart rate monitor, I burn about 340 calories.
What is your wii fit routine?
I usually do 1hr on free steps and about 15 mins on yoga and 15 mins on strenth then finally balance games
