Lol. I think that what we will all have to do. Play on the Wii online and talk online with your friends from another system. Geez Nintendo is really behind the ball in online play.

If online play is important to you, the Wii hasn't arrived yet. There are loads of fun games and great games for friends to play with you, but the online isn't quite there.

Mario Kart probably has the best online features, and I've hooked up with one spark person so far, but it pales in comparison. I was actually talking to the spark person via the xbox while we were playing Mario Kart.

Wow between Xbox 360's reliability problems and the PS3's screwed up backward compatibility, I'd seriously starting this generation's purchasing with a Wii (I don't have any of these systems yet.)

Make sure to ask them to assemble it back properly before they return it to you if you send it for repair. Ours has to go in again because it sounds like a chainsaw.

We finally finished Lost Odyssey, so now we can send it back without fear of losing a lot of saved data :)

If you *think* you can do something, or that you cannot, either way, *you are right*

Mine is in the process of breaking on me. DVDs are starting to stop working on the system. I need to give Microsoft a call and see what's going on.

Maybe They'll offer a simular deal if I need to get it replaced :D

That's awesome you got an Elite. I need that large HD space. That's a bummer about your data being lost. At least now you can get that "one man army" achievement in GTA. All the islands will be locked back up.

I would have freaked out if I lost my stuff. Not only for 35 hours into Lost Odyssey, but all the arcade games & Rock Band downloads, etc.

Thankfully they JUST NOW have worked a way to unlock the DRM for the same users. Before, even if you had the same profile, you couldn't redownload on different systems (at least that I was aware of).

I use to be on these boards saying how my xbox has yet to die or ever have to return something for not working. Well last weekend the unthinkable happened. My 360 just would not play my games. They would load for a minute then freeze. I pulled out my best buy product replacements contract and went to the store. Upgraded to an XBOX Elite...(HDMI connections go good with my big screen 67 inch tv). paid 50 buck and 70 to insure this one too. I get home and what do I forget to do. Ask them to tranfer my old data to my new system. DOH! So I will have to restart alot of my games. No worries though I wasnt far on most of them anyways. So no big deal . Just need to download my Halo maps I purchased.
