OK, I logged over an hour yesterday on mine. It was a blast! I obviously did not go to work again...
My husband did about 45 minutes on it which suprised me, but he's not one to allow someone else to be in 1st place... He had to do it over and over til he was 1st at everything. But the short jog, he didn't want to do that again! lol
My almost 9yr old tried hard to get 1st in the ski jump and moments afterward when he was on his way to bed, dad had to ruin that for him and beat him by like 2 seconds, after trying 5 times, just to beat him... what a weirdo, why?
Anyhoo, my back hurts a bit today. I am a nurse, I have a bad back... I think it's from the squats, I can't lean back enough to do them, my back is way to weak.
Hope everyone had fun with the fit last night!

I picked up Wii Fit last night and was pleased with it. I enjoyed seeing how my balance is, and how my balance shifts while doing different exercises. I don't see this as a fix-it tool for obesity in the US, or anywhere else, but I do think it's a great tool help make people aware.
I was also shocked when it told me my fitness age was 25. I was expecting something more along the lines of 45!

Hi Mum2Five, I will from here forward call you the Yoga Master. Or, for a Star Wars reference, call you Master Yoga. lol

Sounds like a fun experience from what you all are saying. If anything else, you are having fun and staying active. Cool!

The better you get at the game the more reps are added on and harder exercises open up. You may be good at certain exercises in yoga but maybe it will be getting harder. How are you doing on the other balance games. Strength training. I was sweating alot with this game last night. I feel the effects of a great work out this morning.

Mum2Five - that's exactly how I felt after day one! Stick with it - it gets much more challenging, and you can start to put together a pretty hard workout after a couple of days. Just try to see this as a warmup!

Picked mine up today... not going to have time to hook the Wii back up, until after the weekend. We also use it at church for youth group from time to time and I haven't hooked it back up since the last time, and we need it again this weekend, lol. But I'll probably start Monday morning! :)

Okey, after just 35 clocked minutes on it. I can tell this is not a "Solve Americas problems fitness tool." I love it, it's fun. But I am already a fitness expert and master at the yoga... Okey, I'm not, but Wii thinks I am and I think I suck! lol
I hope it gets harder, first day worries...

Yay! I had my Ex waiting at Walmart for two hours last night to be there when they started selling at midnight, they got in 30 and he was 29th in line PHEW!

Sigh I was a bad girl though and got greedy. I wanted a 2nd system to auction on eBay (don't hate me!), ended up going to several different stores today and half the places only got 1 or 2 in...crazy I tell ya.

All I have to say is thank god I got one, WiiFit is just the thing to kick me in the butt and get back on track...that and I just love yoga...

YEAHHHHHHHHHHH
UPS came early. We have been playing for the past hour! It told my 4yr old he was underweight and his little mi is emaciated...
He usually weighs about 35lbs but it measured him at 32??
I love the hula hooping! The soccer and balance ball look like fun too! Can't wait to try the Yoga! I also did the step arobics! pretty easy! I have unlocked a super hula hoop.
Gotta go back to it!!

You're right, the trains are totally freaky looking. Especially the eyes. I'm seeing a counselor because of it.

And it will only be a matter of time before those Wii Fit folks are coming over here. We should put our spark people bumper stickers on some boxes in the stores...lol.

Is it me or do the faces on the trains look kinda freaky looking. I guess it could be just me.

That's it...I'm never taking my children in Toys R Us again. lol

In the Toys R Us in Times Square they have a whole Thomas section that is just crazy huge. It will give you nightmares the rest of your life. lol

My Wii Fit is "out for delivery" today per UPS tracker.

I am sick of Thomas the train... We have over $1000 worth of the wooden trains and tables and tracks. NOW he is into the cheaper ones... So he wants them ALL in those too. So now we have almost 3 complete sets in the Wooden, the Take Along and the Trackmaster series! He doesnt watch the movies much at all anymore, thankfully. He literally uses them as "action figures" talking and pretending and building with the tracks.

Ah, someone that thinks the same as me regarding Thomas the Train. My daughter asks for the show to be played (she's 2) by saying, "cho cho". I don't see what the appeal is.

But, back on topic, did you pick one up? I just haven't gotten myself to pull the trigger yet.

Gosh, There were even like 6 actual Wiis in the usually empty case at our Target! Actually, when I got to Target there were only 3 on the end cap. By the time we finished looking at the Thomas the Train crap the guy had refilled it completely.

I was just at Target at lunch time and the end cap was completely sold out. This was the same Target I bought my Wii at.

People were lined up at Toys R Us last night asking about it. What does it do? What games come with it? etc.

Ok, I was at Target this morning and they had a full end cap, over 50 of them. Then I was at Wal-mart and they had NONE! Mine states out for delivery, UPS usually shows up around 6pm here, I need to work tonight, I have not worked in over a week, and then it was only one day last week...
So, I won't get to play with mine until tomorrow night probably! ugh.

Any first comments on people who already have them?
