i do have a lot of muscle. which still sucks. my calves, quads, and hamstrings, although chubby are probably 80% solid muscle. I'd have to say that most of my fat is in my belly and my butt. I also have a lot of muscle in my arms and shoulders. I am just hoping that someday soon before I loose my ambition that the fat starts to fall away in the places I need it to.
I do get less winded. I think we might be getting a treadmill soon which will help me like right now when i want to walk but can't cause i am at home with son alone. I also want to run, but I need some of this f at to go bye bye so I dont break my ankles.
Honestly, I do have more energy. I sleep better at night.
But I need this fat to disappear.
And lemme tell ya. The fat picture I took of myself IS my main encouragement. I SO want to have an after picture. I ant to be a success story since I haven't succeeded in much in my life.
You still on for some halo tonight? I played some social matches this afternoon and got promoted to private. It's kinda funny how using the matchmaking system I got hooked with a guy who had 50 achievements and was also in basic training. He won the first game against 3 others by over 15 frags. I came in second at like 9 frags.
He was hard to kill. Even when I swear I would dual-wield two guns and empty both clips into him he would still get me. Looking for you around 7 pm (CST). I am a patient man.
And yeah we can buddy up. If you promise to take it easy on me this legendary weekend.
