I like both these posts about the snacks, and I think I'll try the blueberry-blackberry-bananaone tonight. No Cool Whip here, but I could use FF yogurt or something called fromage blanc--maybe with some vanilla! Great ideas! adn I need to print the list too.

OH!!! I LOVE THIS!!

It puts me in mind of my FAVORITE dessert. It's not under 100 calories - but it's nummy

1/2 cup blueberries (23 cal)
1/2 cup black berries (37 cal)
1/2 small banana (sliced) (40 cal)
2 tbsp Cool Whip (25 cal)

mix together to coat all fruit with the cool whip

it weighs in at approx 125 cal but the vitamins packed in there are AWESOME and it's a TON of fruit! and it's a LOT of food.

If you want to drop the calories, cut out the banana (either add another low cal fruit or eliminate it all together) and you STILL have a delicious, decadent and wonderful treat. I would DELIBERATELY leave room in my meal plan to be able to fit this in when we had the blueberries and blackberries in the house!

Mix it up and try fruits that are in season! It's a great way to eat healthy but not feel like you are. the trick is to stir the cool whip so it coats all of the fruit - a little goes a LOOOOOOOONG way!
