When my order was backordered it canceled the pending transaction so I wasnt charged anything... I was pretty disappointed too- here I was thinking that getting from the actual website would be best... not in this case. If there is another series I want in the future I may re consider trying again.

That is super sucky of them. They might refund you all your fees if you call Customer service.

I've had a wonderful experience with them when it comes to their videos and their customer service. I must be getting lucky.

They have been pushing Turbo Jam and hip Hop Abs pretty hard though :( I'm sorry my good shopping experience with them did not rub off on you :(

I don't know where the other venting forum went so here is a new one...

I ordered Turbo Jam from beachbody.com on the 13th. I checked my online banking statement to see that the pending transaction from there was no longer there... where did it go? Well it disappeared because apparently on beachbody.com they don't tell you when your item is backordered and when it is backordered they cancel your order and you have to re-order it after already paying 13.00 for deilivery in 5-7 days!!!! Whats to say that it wouldn't happen again if I re-ordered... and having to wait another week to receive it after already waiting a week... so not an option for me. Its complete crap and I am soooo annoyed... So I re-canceled my order and got it from ebay where it was 2 dollars cheaper and they ship within 48 hours... 2 days!!!! UGH!!! I am so not happy with beachbody.com... they suck!!!!!
