I'm coming to my team on this because I need some information and I'm not finding it (though I admit it could be because I'm not looking hard enough)
On sunday, I switched from Stage One (fast break) to Stage two. I noticed there are some things they want me to do (most of them I am already doing) but what I didn't notice was a reduction in calories or anything.
I Want to make sure I'm doing this right. Should that change.... ever? I got the values by going thorough the set up steps when I first made my account (well - when I first rededicated myself to this goal)
Has anyone ever progressed from stage 2 to 3 or later? Will this adjust or will it stay consistent? Right now I'm just concerned about maintaining my activity increase but I want to also make sure I'm not sabotaging my efforts by eating too little or too much.
